I know some of you have been waiting for this. I’m thrilled to share the cover for the latest book in The Synthetic Albatross Novella Series! Snow from a Distant Sky is scheduled to come out in April.
I have sample copies on the way so as long as there are no issues, I will put in an order and the book will be released to the public. Glen Hawkes, who did the amazing covers for Broadcast Wasteland and Break/Interrupt, crushed it again with this cover! Check out his other work here.
I’ll make another post when the book is available. This is the last book in The Synthetic Albatross Series for now. Thanks to all the readers who’ve come along with me on the journey. Stay tuned for information on what I’m working on next!
I shared the cover of my new book, Break/Interrupt, over on my personal website, but I wanted to make sure to share it here, too.
I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Glen Hawkes, who did the cover for the last book in the series, Broadcast Wasteland, knocked it out of the park again. Check out his website for his art, comics, and kids books.
The sample copy of the book is in the mail and I hope to have copies to sell in the next couple of weeks. I’ll make another short post when it’s officially available.
A couple of months ago we announced that AWP would be releasing author Brittni Brinn’s newest novel, A Place That Used to Be. We are big fans of this book (and of Brittni herself!), and are very excited to see it released into the wild.
Due to the pandemic, some of our launch plans for A Place That Used to Be have been altered. There will still be a traditional launch and reading, however it is postponed until the world opens up enough for such gatherings. In the meantime, there will be a digital launch for the book, so stay tuned for info on that in the near future.
Alright, without further ado, we present the cover reveal for A Place That Used to Be by Brittni Brinn! Continue reading
We’re thrilled to finally show the world No Light Tomorrow!
Some things are so accepted as to be taken for granted. While the far future is shrouded in uncertainty, there are expectations often considered assured that are overlooked. There is only one you, threats are usually empty, ghosts are not real, life is finite, science can solve the most daunting challenges, and beliefs are assured when society takes matters in their own hands. When unexpected events transpire, we are left in the dark.
Authors Christian Laforet and Ben Van Dongen present six science fiction stories that explore improbability and show you what happens when expectations are subverted.
